Turn left onto Murrimba Road (approx. 10km after Shell service station at Sallys Corner Road) and travel approx. 6-7km to Wingello Village. Cross railway line and turn right past Wingello Village Store (last coffee available here!). Take second left into Bumballa Road.  Follow Bumballa Road (including right turn at T-junction) approx. 5km to junction with Vinnicombes Road.  Drive straight ahead down Vinnicombes Road to entrance to Wingello State Forest, and follow directions for parking.\n\n \nFrom Canberra, drive northeast on Hume Highway. Turn right onto Highland Way (approx. 500m after RTA inspection station at Marulan) and travel through Tallong.  Turn right onto Bumballa Road approx. 3km after Tallong.  After approx. 3.5km, turn right onto Vinnicombes Road.  Drive down Vinnicombes Road to entrance to Wingello State Forest, and follow directions for parking.  \n\n \nAlternative route coming from Canberra: continue along Hume Highway and turn right onto Murrimba Road to travel via Wingello.\n\n \n \nEntries:\nEntries closed!\nEmail David West if you want to try your luck for a late entry!! \n \nCoursesetter:\nAlison Curtin [MDN]\n\n \nOvernight accommodation:\nBelanglo Hut, Belanglo State Forest.\n\n \nCamping $5 per person\nBunkhouse $10 per person\n\n \nBasic kitchen facilities for bunkhouse guests.\nToilets, limited showers available.\n\n \nGoogle map\n\n \nTrail maintenance:\nHighlands Trails will be running a trail maintenance day at Wingello from 9.30am on Saturday 5 June.  Mountain Devils encourage you to travel down early and meet at Forest HQ at 9.30am to assist maintain the great singletrack built around the eastern portion of Wingello State Forest over the past few years.
