See a taste here.\n\n \nBring your compass!!\n\n \nCourses:\nCourse 1: 35km - M21 Elite\nCourse 2: 25km - W21 Elite, M20 Elite, M40\nCourse 3: 20km - W20 Elite, M50, W40\nCourse 4: 15km - M60, W50, M/W16\nCourse 5: 10km - M/W70, W60, M/W14\n\n \nTo compete for the NSW Championship, you may ride your age class or above (e.g. male aged 48 can ride M40 or M21 Elite).\n\n \nTo score points for the 2010 NSW MTBO SuperSeries, you may ride your chosen course (see new rules for 2010).\n\n \nStarts:\nBetween 9.00 and 11.30am only\n\n \nCourse closes:\nCourse will close at 2.30pm; any competitors still riding must return to the finish by 2.30pm.\n\n \nRules:\n2006 Orienteering Australia Rules for MTBO \n\n \nDirections:\nGoogle Map.\n\n \nFrom Sydney, drive southwest on Hume Highway. Turn left onto Penrose Forest Way (approx. 2km after Shell service station at Sallys Corner Road) and travel through Penrose State Forest to Penrose. At the sawmill, turn left onto Kareela Road.\n\n \nAlternatively, turn left onto Sallys Corner Road and travel to Exeter.  Then turn right onto the Highland Way and travel through Bundanoon.  Stop at Ye Olde Bicycle Shoppe cafe for coffee, cake or lunch.  Then continue to Penrose.
