Start is\napproximately 1 km from parking registration area!\n\n \nEntries:\nOnline entries now open\n\n \nDetails:\nWe return to the South West corner of the popular Currambene\nForest, for Round 6 of the 2011 NSW Cranks Bikes Super Series. Expect some fast forest tracks (if\ndry!), lovely single track and not too many steep hills.  This event will be a mass start so arrive\nearly to be ready to go. \n\n \nThe Coffee Van is booked to be on-site from 8.15am for\nthose needing a pre-race caffeine fix!\n\n \n\nDirections:\n\n\nGoogle Map\n\n\n\nFrom\nSydney, drive south on F2. Continue past Wollongong to Nowra.  Travel\nthrough Nowra.  Approximately 9km after crossing the Shoalhaven River,\nturn left at Forest Road.  Continue along Forest Road (follow MTBO\nsigns).for approx 500m until a right turn into Currambene Forest on track going\nunder power lines. Parking and Registration will be immediately in front of\nyou.\n\n \n\n\n\nFrom\nCanberra, drive northeast on Hume Highway. Turn right onto Illawarra\nHighway and travel through Moss Vale.  Turn right onto Nowra Road, and\ntravel through Kangaroo Valley.  Turn right onto Pacific Highway and\ntravel through Nowra.  Approximately 9km after crossing the Shoalhaven\nRiver, turn left at Forest Road.  Continue along Forest Road (follow MTBO\nsigns).for approx 500m until a right turn into Currambene Forest on track going\nunder power lines. Parking and Registration will be immediately in front of\nyou.\n\n\n\nFacilities:\n\n\n\nThere\nwill a ‘bush’ toilet provided at the parking area but no water provided of\nsuitable drinking quality on the course. Please ensure you have adequate food\nand water for the duration of the event.\n\n\n\nThere\nwill be a coffee van at the Registration area from 8.15-9.15am selling\nbeverages and snacks. \n\n\n\nAccommodation:\n\n\n\nRefer\nto the Glengarry Event details. The recommended group camp site is at Bendeela\nin Kangaroo Valley.
