A fast and furious bike navigation event! Winning times around 25 minutes; longer for newcomers and those who want to smell the daisies!!
You'll ride fire trails; you'll ride singletrack; you'll even get to ride BMX style in the gravel pits! There'll be options to 'hike-a-bike' and to walk/run with your bike along marked short-cut routes. And we've even arranged for a sprint down the airstrip to the finish line!!

To score points for the 2010 NSW MTBO SuperSeries, you may ride your chosen course (see new SuperSeries rules for 2010).
Starts: Between 12.00 and 2.30pm only
Course closes: Course will close at 3.30pm; any competitors still riding must return to the finish by 3.30pm.

From Sydney, drive southwest on Hume Highway. Turn left onto Murrimba Road (approx. 10km after Shell service station at Sallys Corner Road) and travel approx. 6-7km to Wingello Village. Cross railway line and turn right past Wingello Village Store (last coffee available here!). Take the first left into Forest Rd.
From Canberra, drive northeast on Hume Highway. Turn right onto Highland Way (approx. 500m after RTA inspection station at Marulan) and travel through Tallong to Wingello. Turn right onto Forest Road.
Travel along Forest Road for 3.5km to Forest Camp but do not enter. Instead, veer right and continue south for approx 1km to Burnt Pine Road, then turn left. Travel approx. 500m, and follow directions for parking on the 'airstrip'.
Alternative route coming from Canberra: continue along Hume Highway and turn right onto Murrimba Road to travel via Wingello.
Facilities: Bush toilet only Pit toilet and water available at Forest Camp approximately 1.5km away.
