Format: Long distance event; line course
Map: Jenolan East 1:20,000
Comprises mainly pine forest with a little native forest. Some significant climbing likely, especially on courses 1 and 2. Riding to include gravel roads, forest roads, and possibly a little singletrack.
Courses: Distances and climb to be confirmed. Course 1: 33km, 950m, 13c - M21 Elite Course 2: 23km, 720m, 11c - W21 Elite, M20 Elite, M40 Course 3: 20.6km, 550m, 11c - W20 Elite, M50, W40, M16 Course 4: 16.3km, 450m, 10c - M60, W50, W16 Course 5: 12.7km, 370m, 8c - M/W70, W60, M/W14
To compete for the NSW Championship, you may ride your age class or above (e.g. male aged 48 can ride M40 or M21 Elite).
To score points for the 2011 NSW MTBO SuperSeries, you may ride your chosen course.
Starts: Between 9.00 and 11.30am only
Course closes: Course will close at 2.30pm; any competitors still riding must return to the finish by 2.30pm.

From Sydney, travel on the Great Western Hwy through the Blue Mountains. Take the Jenolan Caves turnoff from the Great Western Hwy (turn left about 5km west of Little Hartley). Continue through Hartley and Hampton, and continue straight on towards the Jenolan Caves. The event centre location is yet to be confirmed, but will be approximately 6-8km past the Oberon turnoff on the left (eastern side of the road). Just over 3 hours drive from Sydney Airport depending on traffic.
From Canberra, travel to Goulburn, then take the Taralga/Abercrombie Road to Oberon (beware of kangaroos). Take the Hampton / Duckmaloi Road from Oberon. Turn right at the Jenolan Caves Road. The event centre location is yet to be confirmed, but will be approximately 6-8km from the junction, on the left (eastern side of the road).
